At Neamtallah Al Alam Official Store, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely across Lebanon. Please review our shipping terms below:

Delivery Options

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.

  • Express Shipping: For faster service, we offer 1-day express delivery at an additional fee.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: $4 flat rate.

  • Express Shipping: $10 flat rate.

Payment Method

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged upon delivery.

  • Returned items must be untouched, unused, and in their original condition.

  • Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship only to physical addresses within Lebanon.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
